Kijabe Forest Trust has 12 Rangers whom they have trained and recruited from the local community to patrol and guard 5,000 hectares of the Kijabe Forest reserve. Members from the trust commissioned me to take photos of the all the support staff and rangers. After a couple of very misty mornings in the hills of Kijabe we got a break of sunshine and a chance to take these photos that show the personality of the rangers who watch over this forest reserve in Kenya.
